Czech or American Breakfast - 2 eggs any style, served with jaternice or smoked bacon, hash browns and toasted french bread.
Czech Goulash - very old recipe made from scratch. 14 ingredients blended together and served over dumpling. "Nyni" (enjoy).
Village Schnitzel - hand breaded tenderized pork medallions smothered with marjoram gravy. Served with German potato salad.

Sausage & Kraut - in-house smoked sausage, grilled to perfection and served with Village kraut. Comes with German potato salad.
Czech Dog - homemade wiener topped with Village kraut and Swiss caraway cheese, nestled in a hot dog bun. "Velmi chutne" (very tasty).
Butcher Loaf Sandwich - our very own homemade Czech meat loaf served on French bread topped with cheese. An absolute favorite.

Cajun Reuben - smoked corned beef, kraut, Swiss cheese and our remoulade sauce, served on a toasted French roll. Half orders available.
Pastrami & Swiss Roll - homemade smoked pastrami on French bread, topped with Swiss cheese and served with a side of Guinness mustard.
BBQ Beef Brisket - this is the real deal. Piled high with Carolina sauce on our homemade French roll. Half orders available.
Doug's Fancy - home smoked corned beef on our French roll topped with our own combination of olive salad and Guinness mustard spread. Lots of flavors going on at once. Half orders available.
Pulled Pork - slow smoked "pulled" pork shoulder, light on the sauce so you can add your own. Served with baked beans or French fries.
Smoked & Dry Rubbed Pork Ribs - our ribs are smoked slow and long for a moist and tasty experience. Lightly sauced so you can add you own to taste. Served with baked beans or French fries.

Fresh Ground Hamburger - simply the finest burger in town. 1/3 pound, freshly ground at our store.. Simple and delicious.
Pork Tenderloin - hand breaded 5 oz. tenderized pork loin, dressed in homemade cracker breading. You'll agree...it's the best in town.
Muffaletta - half or whole from our cold case. Ham, salami, provolone cheese, mortadella and our special olive spread served on a muffaletta roll. A southern delight for sure.
The Diana - fresh turkey topped with Granny apple slices, covered with our creamy Havarti cheese and dressed with apple butter. Served on a toasted French bread. Simply delicious.
Steak Royale - hand cut Rib-eye, served with our special "Project Sauce", topped with sauteed onions, red and green peppers, sprinkled with aged cheddar cheese. Served on a French roll.

Smoked Chicken Salad - served on a bed of lettuce with tomato and made with NO mayo. Served with your choice of "cool" sauce, balsamic dressing or vinegar/oil on the side.

Smoked Salmon Appetizer - we're kind of famous for our smoked salmon! Smoked salmon, cream cheese and capers served with a toasted crostini or "little toasts" in Italian. Serves 2.
